A dynamic, interactive course covering the prevention of falls for older people living independently. It involves a 4-session course and is designed to cover home and community safety. It covers topics including exercise and balance, active cognition training, managing medicines, relaxation, goal getting, foot wear and falls school all of which help older people to stay on their feet. Each session is of one and a half to two hours duration. Including: - Refreshments
